Product Manager

**Job Title:** Product Manager **About the Role:** We are seeking a proactive Product Manager in Hyderabad with a passion for delivering customer-centric solutions. In this role, you will define product vision, collaborate closely with engineering and design teams, and drive the product lifecycle from concept to launch using Agile practices and Jira. **Responsibilities:** - Define and prioritize product features, roadmaps, and backlog items - Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive landscape - Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery - Maintain and manage user stories, epics, and workflows in Jira - Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives - Monitor product performance metrics and iterate on features based on user data - Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders and leadership **Required Qualifications:** - Minimum 1 year of experience in product management or related role - Proficiency in Jira for backlog management and issue tracking - Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience working in a fast-paced startup or tech environment - Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and user journey mapping - Basic SQL knowledge for data querying and analysis - Certification in Agile (e.g., CSM, PSM) or Product Management - Prior experience launching consumer-facing or B2B products - MBA or advanced degree in a relevant discipline
