Product Manager

**Job Title:** Product Manager **About the Role:** We are seeking a Product Manager based in Dubai to define and drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our software products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs. **Responsibilities:** - Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research and stakeholder input - Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver product releases on time - Gather and prioritize product requirements, translating them into clear user stories and specifications - Conduct competitive analysis and customer interviews to inform product decisions - Monitor product performance metrics and iterate on features to optimize user experience and business impact - Communicate product updates and progress to executive leadership and key stakeholders - Manage the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and post-launch support **Required Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field - 3-5 years of experience in product management or a similar role - Strong technical proficiency in Java and MySQL - Proven track record of launching and managing software products - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills - Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities - Fluent in English **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure - MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field - Knowledge of the GCC market and regional customer needs - Arabic language proficiency - Understanding of UX/UI design principles - Professional certification such as PMP or CSM
