**Job Title:** Software Developers **About the Role:** We are seeking enthusiastic Software Developers to join our Hyderabad team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain web applications using Python and React, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to delivering high-quality software solutions. **Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain web applications using Python and React - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions - Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices - Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and performance issues - Contribute to Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives **Required Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field - 0-2 years of professional software development experience - Proficiency in Python (technical skill) - Experience with React.js (technical skill) - Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals (technical skill) - Familiarity with Git or other version control systems (technical skill) - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills (non-technical skill) - Effective written and verbal communication skills (non-technical skill) - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment (non-technical skill) **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience with RESTful APIs and Django or Flask frameworks (technical) - Exposure to Node.js or TypeScript (technical) - Familiarity with Docker and containerization (technical) - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing (technical) - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure (technical) - Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies (non-technical) - Initiative for continuous learning and self-improvement (non-technical)
