Product Manager

**Job Title:** Product Manager **About the Role:** We are seeking a proactive Product Manager in Hyderabad to define, deliver, and optimize product solutions. You will own the product roadmap, collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams, and leverage Jira to manage development workflows. This role offers an opportunity to shape product strategy in a dynamic, agile environment. **Responsibilities:** - Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap - Gather, prioritize, and document product requirements - Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver features on time - Manage and maintain product backlog using Jira - Conduct user research and analyze feedback to drive product improvements - Monitor product performance using relevant metrics and KPIs - Coordinate product releases and ensure seamless rollouts - Engage with stakeholders across functions to align on goals and deliverables **Required Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field - Minimum 1 year of product management or related experience - Proficient in using Jira for backlog management and sprint planning - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholder expectations **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience working in agile/Scrum development environments - Familiarity with UX/UI principles and user research methodologies - Basic knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools - MBA or relevant product management certification - Experience in the software or SaaS industry - Understanding of market research and competitive analysis techniques
