Product Manager

**Job Title:** Product Manager **About the Role:** We are seeking a Product Manager based in Hyderabad to own the vision, strategy, and execution of our products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define roadmaps, prioritize features, and deliver value to customers while leveraging agile methodologies and tools. **Responsibilities:** - Define and communicate the product roadmap, strategy, and priorities - Gather and prioritize product requirements through market research, customer feedback, and stakeholder input - Collaborate with engineering teams using Jira to plan sprints, track progress, and resolve blockers - Work closely with UX/UI, marketing, sales, and support teams to launch new features and products - Monitor product performance metrics, analyze user data, and iterate on features for continuous improvement - Maintain comprehensive product documentation and ensure alignment with business goals **Required Qualifications:** - 1+ years of non-technical product management experience - 1+ years of hands-on experience with Jira or similar agile project management tools - Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience in SaaS or consumer technology products - MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field - Familiarity with data analytics tools such as SQL or Tableau - Deep understanding of agile best practices and frameworks - Knowledge of the local Hyderabad and Indian market dynamics
