Product Manager

**Job Title:** Product Manager **About the Role:** We are seeking a Product Manager in our Hyderabad office to own the end-to-end product lifecycle. You will define product vision, prioritize features in Jira, and collaborate across engineering, design, and marketing to deliver high-impact solutions that delight customers and drive business growth. **Responsibilities:** - Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap - Gather and prioritize customer and stakeholder requirements - Manage product backlog and user stories using Jira - Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and marketing teams - Conduct market research and competitive analysis - Monitor product performance metrics and KPIs - Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and backlog grooming **Required Qualifications:** - Minimum 1 year of experience in product management or related role - Proficiency in Jira for backlog and project tracking - Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience with prototyping and wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) - Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) - Experience in B2B SaaS or e-commerce product environments - Advanced degree such as MBA or Master’s in a relevant discipline
