Project Manager / Certified Scrum Master / Project Management Professional

About the Role: We are seeking an accomplished Project Manager / Certified Scrum Master / Project Management Professional with over 17 years of experience to lead and deliver high-impact, non-technical projects in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will combine deep expertise in traditional project management and Agile methodologies to drive successful outcomes, coach teams, and engage stakeholders at all levels. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively Manage stakeholder communications, expectations, and reporting to senior leadership Apply PMP best practices and Agile principles to optimize project execution Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to achieve project objectives Track and report project performance metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability Mentor and coach team members on Agile frameworks and project management methodologies Required Qualifications: Minimum 17 years of project management experience in non-technical environments Certified Scrum Master (CSM) credential Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Proven track record leading large-scale, cross-functional projects Strong knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Demonstrated expertise in risk management, budget planning, and resource allocation Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, management, or related field Preferred Qualifications: Experience with project management tools such as JIRA and Microsoft Project Additional Agile certifications (e.g., PSM, PMI-ACP) or PMI membership Background in process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean) Prior experience managing projects in Hyderabad or similar markets Experience in coaching and mentoring teams on Agile adoption
