**Job Title:** Product Manager
**About the Role:**
We are seeking a Product Manager based in Hyderabad to drive product strategy, roadmap planning, and execution. You will collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver valuable solutions, leveraging Jira to manage the product backlog and workflows.
**Responsibilities:**
- Define and maintain product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Gather and prioritize product requirements through market research and stakeholder input
- Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
- Manage product backlog and sprint planning using Jira
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of features
- Monitor product performance and analyze metrics to inform decisions
- Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders
**Required Qualifications:**
- Minimum 1 year of experience in product management or related role
- Proficiency in Jira for backlog management and sprint planning
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau)
- Certification in Agile or Product Management (CSPO, PMI-ACP)
- Previous experience in a SaaS or technology product environment
- MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field
