Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Hyderabad team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, gather and document requirements, support project planning and execution, and ensure timely delivery of solutions using Jira and strong time management practices.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements
Translate requirements into user stories and maintain them in Jira
Support project planning activities, including defining scope, timelines, and milestones
Coordinate with development, QA, and UX teams to ensure alignment on deliverables
Monitor project progress and identify risks or roadblocks
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and sprint planning sessions
Prepare status reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management
Required Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
Proficiency in Jira for backlog management and issue tracking
Experience with project planning methodologies and tools
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum frameworks
Basic SQL skills for querying and data validation
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
Experience in process modeling and workflow documentation
Professional certification such as CBAP or PMI-PBA
