About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring successful project outcomes and continuous process improvement.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate requirements
Conduct detailed process mapping and gap analysis
Develop use cases, user stories, and business requirement documents
Facilitate workshops and meetings to align on project scope and deliverables
Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
Support project managers in defining project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs
Prepare and present reports, findings, and recommendations to senior management
Monitor project progress and assist in issue resolution
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
5+ years of non-technical business analysis experience
5–10 years of overall professional experience
Proven ability to gather and document business requirements
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with process mapping and gap analysis
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
Fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications:
International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) certification (CBAP or CCBA)
Experience in the financial services or oil and gas sectors
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
Arabic language proficiency
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
