Product Manager

**Job Title:** Product Manager **About the Role:** We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Manager to join our Dubai team. You will define and execute product vision, leveraging your expertise in API integration and Google Analytics to drive growth, enhance user experience, and deliver high-impact solutions in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. **Responsibilities:** - Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals - Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration - Drive API integration initiatives, collaborating with engineering and third-party partners - Set up, monitor, and analyze product performance metrics using Google Analytics - Collaborate with UX/UI, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to prioritize features - Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions - Manage backlog, user stories, and sprint planning within Agile/Scrum frameworks - Develop business cases, product requirements documents, and stakeholder presentations - Gather and synthesize user feedback to continuously improve product offerings **Required Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field - 5+ years of experience in product management or a similar role - Proven expertise in API integration including design, implementation, and maintenance - Strong proficiency in Google Analytics for tracking, reporting, and deriving insights - Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills - Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities **Preferred Qualifications:** - Master’s degree or MBA - Experience in SaaS, fintech, or technology-driven industries - Familiarity with additional analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude) - Basic SQL skills or experience with data querying - Prior experience working in the MENA region or Dubai market - Certification in product management frameworks (e.g., Pragmatic, AIPMM)
