About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Regulatory Specialist to join our team in Jabal Ali. This entry‐level role offers hands‐on experience in regulatory affairs, quality management, compliance monitoring, and administrative support within a dynamic industry environment. You will collaborate with cross‐functional teams to ensure our products and processes adhere to all relevant regulations and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain regulatory submissions and documentation in accordance with local and regional requirements
Support quality management activities, including updating quality records and assisting with internal audits
Monitor regulatory changes and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders
Assist in compliance checks and corrective action follow-up to ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards
Coordinate administrative tasks such as meeting scheduling, record keeping, and report generation
Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to facilitate timely product registrations and renewals
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field
0–1 years of experience in regulatory affairs, quality assurance, or compliance roles
Basic understanding of regulatory frameworks and quality management systems
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation accurately
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Qualifications:
Internship or project experience in a regulatory or quality role
Familiarity with Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) regulatory requirements
Knowledge of ISO standards and good manufacturing practices (GMP)
Ability to work effectively in a fast‐paced, collaborative environment
