Product Manager

**Job Title:** Product Manager **About the Role:** We are seeking a Product Manager based in Hyderabad to drive the development and growth of our software products. You will work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define product vision, prioritize features, and ensure successful delivery. This role requires strong analytical skills, a passion for user-centric solutions, and proficiency with Jira. **Responsibilities:** - Define and maintain the product roadmap based on market research and stakeholder input - Gather and prioritize product requirements, translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria - Collaborate with engineering and design teams to oversee the product development lifecycle - Monitor product performance metrics and user feedback to inform iterative improvements - Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities - Communicate product updates and progress to internal and external stakeholders **Required Qualifications:** - Minimum of 1 year of product management or related experience - Proficiency in Jira for backlog management and sprint planning - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments - Familiarity with the Hyderabad technology market and user base - MBA or advanced degree in a relevant discipline - Prior experience collaborating with remote or cross-functional teams
