Sales Promoter

**Job Title:** Sales Promoter **About the Role:** We are seeking a dynamic Sales Promoter to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will represent our brand at retail outlets, events, and public spaces, engaging with potential customers, showcasing products, and driving sales. You will be the face of our company, responsible for creating memorable brand experiences and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. **Responsibilities:** - Engage with customers to demonstrate product features and benefits - Drive sales through persuasive communication and upselling techniques - Set up and maintain attractive product displays at retail outlets and events - Gather customer feedback and report market insights to the marketing team - Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and report performance metrics - Support promotional campaigns, sampling activities, and special events - Maintain product knowledge and stay informed about competitor offerings **Required Qualifications:** - 0–8 years of experience in sales promotion, retail, or customer service roles - Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills - Strong sales and persuasion abilities with a customer-focused approach - Proven customer service skills with the ability to resolve inquiries and concerns - Basic marketing and promotion knowledge to effectively present products - Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays **Preferred Qualifications:** - Previous experience as a brand ambassador or sales promoter in Dubai - Fluency in Arabic to engage with local customers - Familiarity with social media channels and digital promotion tactics - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a multicultural environment
