Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Financial Controller Specialist to join our Riyadh team. The successful candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with Saudi Arabian regulations (ZATCA and GOSI), and adherence to IFRS standards, while driving process improvements and supporting strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end financial reporting in compliance with IFRS
Ensure adherence to ZATCA e-invoicing and VAT regulations
Oversee GOSI contributions, social insurance filings, and regulatory submissions
Coordinate month-end and year-end close processes
Develop budgets, forecasts, and perform variance analysis
Implement and monitor internal controls and accounting policies
Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies
Provide timely financial insights and recommendations to senior management
Required Qualifications:
2–6 years of experience in financial controlling, accounting, or audit roles
Technical expertise in IFRS, ZATCA regulations, and GOSI requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Proficiency in financial ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or CIA
Experience with ERP implementation or upgrades (SAP, Oracle)
Prior experience in the Saudi market or public sector
Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
Demonstrated leadership or team management experience
