About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced .NET Engineer to join our Hyderabad team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain robust web applications and services using C#, .NET Core, and Azure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements and drive innovation.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain web applications and APIs using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, and Web API
Optimize and manage SQL Server databases, including performance tuning and query optimization
Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot applications in Microsoft Azure, leveraging services such as App Services, Functions, and Storage
Collaborate with product owners, QA, and UX teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
Participate in code reviews, technical design sessions, and architecture discussions
Ensure code quality by writing unit and integration tests, following best practices and design patterns
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities
Document technical designs, development processes, and operational procedures
Required Qualifications:
6-10 years of professional software development experience with C# and .NET technologies
Strong proficiency in .NET Core and ASP.NET development
Hands-on experience building and consuming RESTful Web APIs
In-depth knowledge of SQL Server, including database design, T-SQL, and performance tuning
Practical experience with Microsoft Azure services and deployment models
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and SOLID principles
Experience with version control systems, preferably Git
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with microservices architecture and containerization using Docker
Familiarity with Azure DevOps or other CI/CD pipeline tools
Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as Angular or React
Experience with unit testing frameworks like xUnit or NUnit and test automation
Understanding of message queuing systems (e.g., Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ)
Microsoft Azure Developer Associate or similar certifications
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
