Product Manager

**Job Title:** Product Manager **About the Role:** We are seeking a proactive Product Manager to join our Hyderabad team. In this role, you will drive product vision, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure successful product delivery. You will leverage Jira to manage product backlogs and work closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions. **Responsibilities:** - Define and own the product roadmap and prioritize features based on business impact - Gather and document product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria - Manage and maintain the product backlog using Jira - Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives - Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery - Analyze product metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement - Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders and senior management **Required Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field - Minimum 1 year of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role - Proficiency with Jira for backlog management and sprint tracking - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and user insights **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience in SaaS or enterprise software products - Familiarity with Confluence, Trello, or other collaboration tools - MBA or relevant advanced degree - Knowledge of the Hyderabad/Telangana tech ecosystem - Experience with data analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Tableau
