Product Manager

**Job Title:** Product Manager **About the Role:** We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager based in Hyderabad to own the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, prioritize features, and ensure successful delivery, leveraging tools like Jira to manage backlogs and workflows. **Responsibilities:** - Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap - Gather and prioritize requirements based on customer needs and business goals - Manage product backlog and sprint planning using Jira - Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams - Conduct market research and user feedback sessions to inform product decisions - Track product performance and key metrics, driving continuous improvement - Coordinate product launches and post-launch optimization activities **Required Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field - Minimum 1 year of product management or related experience - Proven experience using Jira for backlog management and agile workflows - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment **Preferred Qualifications:** - Master’s degree or MBA - Experience with agile methodologies and sprint ceremonies - Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, BI platforms) - Background in software or SaaS product domains - Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
