About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Hyderabad team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by gathering requirements, analyzing data, and coordinating project activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements
Create and maintain user stories, workflows, and process maps in Jira
Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather input and validate requirements
Track project progress, identify risks, and communicate status updates to stakeholders
Perform data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making
Ensure deliverables meet business objectives and quality standards
Required Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
Proficiency in Jira for issue tracking and project management
Strong project planning skills, including timeline development and resource management
Excellent time management with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Familiarity with SQL and basic data modeling concepts
Business analysis certification (e.g., CCBA, CBAP)
Experience in an IT or software development setting
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
