VP of Recruitment

**Job Title:** VP of Recruitment **About the Role:** We are seeking an experienced VP of Recruitment to lead and scale our non-technical hiring efforts in Bangalore. In this strategic role, you will build and optimize high-volume recruitment processes, manage a team of recruiters, partner with business leaders to forecast talent needs, and drive employer branding and diversity initiatives. Your leadership will ensure we attract and retain top talent to support our rapid growth. **Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for high-volume non-technical roles - Lead, mentor, and scale a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists - Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to forecast hiring needs and define role requirements - Optimize recruitment workflows, implement best practices, and leverage data-driven metrics - Drive employer branding and candidate experience initiatives to enhance talent attraction - Ensure compliance with local labor laws and recruitment policies - Manage relationships with external recruitment vendors and agencies - Monitor and report on recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire **Required Qualifications:** - 10+ years of progressive recruitment experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role - Proven track record of managing high-volume non-technical hiring at scale - Deep expertise in full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices - Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills with business leaders - Experience implementing and optimizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) - Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics to inform decisions - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience working in a rapid-growth technology or startup environment - Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - Certifications in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM-SCP, AIRS) - Demonstrated success in employer branding and diversity & inclusion programs - Knowledge of India labor laws and compliance requirements - Experience managing recruitment budgets and vendor partnerships
