Sales Promoter

**Job Title:** Sales Promoter **About the Role:** We are seeking a dynamic Sales Promoter to join our team in Dubai to drive brand awareness and increase sales through engaging in-store promotions and customer interactions. The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of experience in retail or promotional sales, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. **Responsibilities:** - Plan and execute in-store promotional activities to showcase products and services - Engage with customers to demonstrate product features and benefits - Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs - Maintain appealing product displays and ensure stock availability - Gather customer feedback and market insights to inform promotional strategies - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty - Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to refine promotional campaigns - Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales and activity reports **Required Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - 3–6 years of experience in retail sales, brand activation, or promotional roles - Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills - Strong customer service orientation with persuasive presentation abilities - Basic proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise - Flexible schedule with willingness to work weekends and public holidays - Fluency in English **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience working with luxury or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) brands - Fluency in Arabic or additional languages (e.g., Hindi, Urdu) - Certification in sales, marketing, or customer engagement - Valid UAE driving license - Knowledge of Dubai retail market dynamics - Degree from a top-tier university
