Business Analyst

**Job Title:** Business Analyst **About the Role:** We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst to join our Hyderabad team. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business processes, gather and analyze requirements, and support the delivery of solutions that drive operational efficiency and strategic decision-making. **Responsibilities:** - Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit business requirements - Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement - Document functional and non-functional requirements in clear, structured formats - Create process maps, use cases, and workflow diagrams - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate requirements and ensure alignment - Assist in the development of project plans and track progress against deliverables - Support user acceptance testing and coordinate feedback for iterative enhancements **Required Qualifications:** - 1–3 years of business analysis experience in a non-technical environment - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Proven ability to document and translate business requirements into actionable deliverables - Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Visio - Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN) - Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies - Basic understanding of SQL or data analysis techniques - Domain experience in finance, healthcare, or IT services - Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA)
