Project Manager

**Job Title:** Project Manager **About the Role:** We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager based in Hyderabad to oversee and deliver large-scale IT projects. The ideal candidate will leverage deep Agile expertise and proven leadership skills to drive cross-functional teams, ensure timely delivery within budget, and maintain high stakeholder satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** - Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders - Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets - Lead Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and facilitate continuous improvement - Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, UX, and operations - Monitor project performance against KPIs and deliver regular status reports to senior management - Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues - Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication and effective change control - Ensure compliance with organizational governance and quality standards - Mentor and coach junior project staff on Agile best practices **Required Qualifications:** - 12–18 years of project management experience in IT or related industries - Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps) - Technical understanding of software development lifecycles and architectures - PMP, PMI-ACP or equivalent project management certification - Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills - Proficiency in MS Project or equivalent scheduling tools - Experience managing project budgets, resource allocation, and risk registers - Excellent English language skills **Preferred Qualifications:** - SAFe Agilist or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) - Prince2 Practitioner or equivalent - MBA or equivalent advanced degree - Experience in cloud migration and DevOps practices - Familiarity with enterprise software domains (ERP, CRM) - Demonstrated leadership in matrixed and multicultural environments - Advanced negotiation and contract management skills
