Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee and drive our human resources strategies, policies, and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in HR management, demonstrating expertise in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws. This role requires a proactive leader who can foster a positive workplace culture and align HR practices with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies that align with company goals.
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring efficient talent acquisition.
- Oversee employee relations and provide guidance on conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Design and execute performance management programs, including appraisals and feedback mechanisms.
- Manage compensation and benefits, ensuring competitive salary structures and employee satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, keeping up-to-date with HR legal changes.
- Drive employee engagement, learning, and development programs.
- Implement and monitor HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Foster a positive work culture that promotes diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and modern HR tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in HR reporting and analytics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD) is a plus.
- Experience working in multi-cultural and dynamic environments.
- Knowledge of HR digital transformation and automation tools.
