About the Role:
We are seeking an energetic Sales Promoter based in Dubai to drive brand visibility, engage customers, and boost sales through impactful in-store promotions and eye-catching visual merchandising. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of hands-on experience in retail sales promotion and visual merchandising, a deep understanding of local consumer behavior, and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute engaging sales promotions and product demonstrations to meet and exceed sales targets
Design, set up, and maintain attractive visual merchandising displays that align with brand guidelines
Engage with customers to build product awareness, answer inquiries, and upsell complementary items
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with store management to ensure adequate product availability
Gather customer feedback and market insights to inform promotional strategies and product placement
Track and report on key performance metrics, including foot traffic, conversion rates, and sales uplift
Collaborate with marketing and store teams to implement seasonal campaigns and special events
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards throughout the sales floor
Required Qualifications:
4–5 years of proven experience as a Sales Promoter or Visual Merchandiser in a retail environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse customer segments
Demonstrated ability to create visually compelling displays and maintain brand consistency
Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Fluency in English and strong proficiency in Arabic or Hindi
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required in a retail setting
Familiarity with local Dubai retail regulations and consumer preferences
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional language skills (e.g., French, Urdu)
Certification in retail merchandising or sales fundamentals
Experience using POS systems and inventory management tools
Knowledge of luxury or lifestyle brand positioning
Ability to lift and move display materials up to 20 kg
