Product Manager

**Job Title:** Product Manager **About the Role:** We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai. You will drive the strategic vision and execution of our digital products, collaborating across engineering, marketing, and design to deliver solutions that meet market demands and exceed customer expectations. This is an exciting opportunity to shape product direction in a fast-growing, innovation-driven environment. **Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business objectives, customer feedback, and market research - Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality - Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements and oversee API integration efforts - Analyze user behavior and product performance using Google Analytics to inform data-driven decisions - Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences - Coordinate cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure successful product launches and ongoing adoption - Monitor competitive landscape and emerging trends to identify new opportunities and threats - Provide stakeholder updates and manage expectations through clear communication and reporting **Required Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field - Minimum 5 years of product management experience in a technology-driven environment - Proven experience with API integration, including specification, testing, and troubleshooting - Proficiency in Google Analytics for tracking product metrics and driving insights - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience working in the Middle East market, particularly in Dubai - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools - Experience with A/B testing and experimentation platforms - Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) - MBA or other advanced degree - Proficiency in Arabic
