Oracle HCM Consultant

• Responsible to lead end to end Oracle fusion implementation/rollout projects. • To lead the overall solution from Oracle fusion functional Human capital perspective for complex projects especially PAYROLL module. • good Business Knowledge and extensive Oracle fusion payroll implementation experience is mandatory and Knowledge on Oracle Cloud/Fusion other HCM Modules like (Global Core HR, Absence Management, Recruitment, Help Desk, Workforce & Benefits). • Candidate should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment. • Lead experience is necessary, should have led and delivered complex business solutions with client facing experience • Very good implementation experience (At least 3-4) in Fusion cloud Payroll, Fast Formula and HDL. • Should have minimum 6-7 years of experience on end-to-end fusion implementation projects • Having Certification on any Oracle HCM module is an added advantage • Excellent Communication, presentation and customer handling Skills – Mandatory
