**Job Title:** Product Manager
**About the Role:**
As a Product Manager based in Dubai, you will lead the development and lifecycle of our software products, collaborating with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver innovative solutions. Leveraging your technical expertise in MySQL and Java, you will drive data-driven decision-making, define product strategy, and ensure successful product launches.
**Responsibilities:**
- Define product vision and strategy aligned with business goals and market trends
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on customer needs and stakeholder input
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate requirements into detailed technical specifications
- Conduct market research, gather user feedback, and analyze data to inform product decisions
- Work with UX/UI designers to ensure user-centric product experiences
- Track product performance metrics and iterate on features to optimize user satisfaction and business impact
- Manage product launches by coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery
**Required Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field
- 3–5 years of product management experience in software or technology-driven companies
- Proficiency in MySQL, including database design and query optimization
- Solid understanding of Java and its application in product development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field
- Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or fintech industries
- Product management certification (e.g., PMP, CSPO)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Knowledge of additional programming languages or data analytics tools
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Exposure to multicultural work environments, preferably within the MENA region
