**Job Title:** Product Manager
**About the Role:**
We are seeking a driven Product Manager to join our Hyderabad office. In this role, you will define product vision, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive the successful launch of market-leading solutions using agile methodologies.
**Responsibilities:**
- Define and communicate product vision and strategy
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams
- Gather, document, and prioritize product requirements
- Manage product backlog and sprint planning using Jira
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Monitor product performance and user feedback
- Coordinate product launches and post-launch iterations
**Required Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a product management or related role
- Proficiency in using Jira for backlog management and sprint tracking
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification as a Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent
- Prior experience in SaaS or technology product management
- Familiarity with user research and UX best practices
- MBA or advanced degree in a relevant discipline
