Medical Representative

**Job Title:** Medical Representative **About the Role:** We are seeking a dynamic Medical Representative to join our Hyderabad team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, driving sales growth, and building long-term relationships within the local market. You will serve as a key liaison between our company and medical practitioners, ensuring that product information is accurately communicated and customers’ needs are met. **Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals in the Hyderabad region - Conduct effective product presentations and medical detailing to communicate clinical benefits and product advantages - Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by developing strategic territory plans - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities - Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and product launches - Prepare and submit regular sales reports, call activity logs, and business reviews - Manage product samples, educational materials, and promotional items in compliance with company and industry regulations **Required Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field - Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Representative or in pharmaceutical/healthcare sales - Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Demonstrated marketing aptitude, including territory planning and customer segmentation - Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals - Familiarity with the Hyderabad healthcare landscape and regulatory environment **Preferred Qualifications:** - Master’s degree or MBA in Marketing or related discipline - Experience using CRM software to track sales activity and customer interactions - Certifications in pharmaceutical sales or medical marketing - Fluency in Telugu and English to engage effectively with local stakeholders - Participation in industry conferences, workshops, or continued medical education programs
