About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Business Analyst to join our Hyderabad team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, using your expertise in Jira, project planning, and time management to drive successful project outcomes. You will collaborate with stakeholders, document requirements, and support project execution in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
Document business processes, workflows, and functional specifications
Create and manage user stories, epics, and tasks in Jira
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications
Provide status updates and reports to project teams and leadership
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
1–3 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
Proficiency in Jira for issue tracking, backlog management, and reporting
Strong project planning skills, including timeline creation and resource coordination
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile Scrum Master
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Basic proficiency in SQL or data analysis tools
Familiarity with business process modeling and documentation tools
