• Role: Internal Audit Director

Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and lead the Internal Audit Department, including charter, methodology, and reporting standards.
• Develop and execute a risk-based annual audit plan across the Executive Office and portfolio companies.
• Review and strengthen internal controls, governance processes, and approval workflows.
• Conduct financial audits, investigations, and special reviews with clear recommendations.
• Present audit findings to senior stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
• 10+ years of relevant internal audit experience, including leadership roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Professional certifications such as CIA / CPA / ACCA / CFE / CISA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of risk management, governance, and UAE compliance environment.
• Fluent in Arabic and English is preferred.
