**Job Title:** Software Developers **About the Role:** We are seeking enthusiastic Software Developers to join our Hyderabad office. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain web applications using Python and React, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality software solutions. **Responsibilities:** - Develop, test, and maintain web applications using Python and React - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to define and implement new features - Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices - Participate in peer code reviews and provide constructive feedback - Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects in a timely manner - Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and tooling **Required Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - 0-2 years of professional experience in software development - Proficiency in Python and familiarity with frameworks such as Django or Flask - Experience with React and related libraries (e.g., Redux) - Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) - Familiarity with version control systems like Git - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to work in a team **Preferred Qualifications:** - Internship or project experience building full-stack applications - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) - Experience with containerization tools such as Docker - Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools - Exposure to unit testing frameworks (e.g., pytest, Jest) - Experience with TypeScript or Node.js - Contributions to open-source projects or personal coding portfolios
