About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Hyderabad team. In this role, you will partner with stakeholders to elicit requirements, analyze business processes, and translate data insights into actionable recommendations. You will play a key role in improving operational efficiency and delivering impactful solutions.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement
Develop functional specifications, process flows, and data models
Perform data analysis using SQL and Excel to support decision-making
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure requirements are implemented accurately
Facilitate user acceptance testing and validate solutions against requirements
Prepare status reports and presentations for project updates
Support change management and training activities as needed
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
Proficiency in SQL and advanced Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience documenting requirements, process flows, and use cases
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Professional certification such as CBAP or PMI-PBA
Domain experience in finance, healthcare, or e-commerce
Basic understanding of data visualization best practices
