Product Manager

**Job Title:** Product Manager **About the Role:** We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive product strategy and execution for our innovative solutions based in Dubai. You will partner with cross-functional teams to define product vision, prioritize features, and ensure successful delivery that meets market needs. **Responsibilities:** - Develop and articulate product vision and strategy aligned with company objectives - Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback, market analysis, and business goals - Create and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements - Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to drive product development and go-to-market plans - Monitor product performance metrics and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement - Lead stakeholder meetings and communicate product updates to executive leadership **Required Qualifications:** - Minimum of 5 years of product management experience in a corporate or startup environment - Strong non-technical problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business challenges - Demonstrated experience in developing and executing product strategy - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority - Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience working in the Middle East or Dubai market - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Trello - MBA or advanced degree in related field - Experience with data analytics tools to inform product decisions - Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic
