Product Manager

**Job Title:** Product Manager **About the Role:** We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager based in Hyderabad to define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for innovative products. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives. **Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain comprehensive product roadmaps and strategy - Gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements and user stories - Manage product backlog and sprint planning using Jira - Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product delivery - Conduct market and user research to identify opportunities and validate product concepts - Monitor product performance and KPIs, and iterate based on data-driven insights - Communicate product updates, milestones, and priorities to stakeholders and senior management **Required Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field - Minimum 1 year of experience in product management or a closely related role - Proficiency in Jira for backlog management and sprint tracking - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments - Familiarity with user research methodologies and UX principles - Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) - MBA or advanced degree in a relevant discipline - Experience in SaaS or technology product environments
