**Job Title:** Software Developer **About the Role:** We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer to join our Hyderabad team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python and React. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions and mentor junior developers. **Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Python and React - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA to define and deliver new features - Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code - Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices - Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues - Mentor and guide junior developers and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions - Stay updated on emerging technologies and propose improvements to the technology stack **Required Qualifications:** - 7+ years of professional software development experience - 2+ years of hands-on experience with Python - Experience building front-end applications using React - Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration - Proficiency with version control systems (Git) - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Effective verbal and written communication skills - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure - Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) - Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices - Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies - Previous experience mentoring or leading small development teams
