Product Manager

About the Role: We are seeking a driven Product Manager to join our Hyderabad team. You will own the product lifecycle from ideation through launch, collaborating across functions to deliver high-quality features that meet customer needs and align with business objectives. Responsibilities: Define and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on stakeholder input and market research Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to manage the product backlog using Jira Develop detailed project plans and timelines to ensure on-time delivery Coordinate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives Gather and analyze user feedback and performance metrics to inform product decisions Communicate product vision, updates, and trade-offs to stakeholders Required Qualifications: 1+ year of experience in product management or a related role Proficiency with Jira for backlog management and sprint planning Strong project planning skills with experience creating and managing project timelines Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Certification in product management or Agile methodologies (e.g., CSPO, PMP) Experience with data analysis tools or SQL Familiarity with UX/UI best practices Prior experience in a fast-paced startup environment
