**Job Title:** IT Graduate **About the Role:** We are seeking a motivated IT Graduate to join our dynamic technology team in Dubai. In this entry-level role, you will work on software development projects, assist with cybersecurity initiatives, and gain hands-on experience using Java, Python, and security tools. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and build a strong foundation for your IT career. **Responsibilities:** - Develop, test, and maintain Java and Python applications - Assist in cybersecurity risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and incident response activities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions - Participate in code reviews, adhere to coding standards, and implement best practices - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in development and production environments - Document technical specifications, processes, and knowledge base articles - Support deployment and integration of applications in cloud and on-premise environments **Required Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - 0-2 years of software development or IT internship experience - Proficiency in Java and Python programming languages - Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment **Preferred Qualifications:** - Internship or project experience in cybersecurity assessments or security operations - Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, or equivalent - Familiarity with web frameworks (e.g., Spring, Django) and SQL databases - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) - Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies - Multilingual ability (Arabic and English)
