Sales Promoter

**Job Title:** Sales Promoter **About the Role:** We are seeking a dynamic Sales Promoter to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will engage with customers, showcase products, and drive sales through effective promotion and strategic visual merchandising. You will ensure brand consistency, maintain attractive displays, and contribute to achieving our sales targets in a vibrant retail environment. **Responsibilities:** - Greet and engage customers to understand their needs and product preferences - Demonstrate product features and benefits to drive customer interest and sales - Set up and maintain attractive visual displays according to brand guidelines - Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive promotion - Gather market and customer feedback to inform promotional strategies - Collaborate with store management and marketing teams to execute campaigns and events - Monitor inventory levels and report replenishment needs - Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor environment **Required Qualifications:** - 3–4 years of proven experience as a Sales Promoter, Visual Merchandiser, or Promoter in a retail environment - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly - Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets - Basic understanding of visual merchandising principles and store layout optimization - Customer-focused attitude with excellent presentation skills - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays - Fluent in English; additional languages an advantage **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience working with luxury or high-end brands - Multilingual (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu or Russian) - Certification in visual merchandising or retail sales - Familiarity with retail analytics and point-of-sale systems - Knowledge of the Dubai retail market and consumer trends
