**Job Title:** Quantity Surveyors **About the Role:** We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor based in Riyadh to oversee cost management, contract administration, and financial control for large-scale construction projects. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. **Responsibilities:** - Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects - Conduct quantity take-offs and measurement of materials using AutoCAD - Analyze and negotiate contractor and subcontractor contracts - Monitor project progress and manage variations, claims, and cost control - Prepare interim payment applications and final account settlements - Maintain accurate project cost records and reports using Excel and Word - Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve cost-related issues - Ensure compliance with local regulations, standards, and contractual obligations **Required Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or related field - Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor on construction projects - Proficient in AutoCAD for quantity measurement and drawing interpretation - Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for cost analysis and reporting - Proficient in Microsoft Word for documentation and contract drafting - Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and cost control techniques - Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills **Preferred Qualifications:** - Professional certification such as RICS or equivalent - Experience working on major projects in the Saudi Arabian construction market - Familiarity with cost management software (e.g., SAP, Primavera, Oracle) - Arabic language proficiency for local stakeholder engagement
