Product Manager

**Job Title:** Product Manager **About the Role:** We are seeking a Product Manager based in Hyderabad to own the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration. You will collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to define strategy, prioritize features using Jira, and deliver high-impact solutions that drive customer satisfaction and business growth. **Responsibilities:** - Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap - Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions - Create and maintain detailed product requirements and user stories in Jira - Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals - Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver features on schedule - Analyze product performance metrics and iterate to improve KPIs - Coordinate product releases, manage stakeholder communications, and support go-to-market activities - Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives **Required Qualifications:** - 1+ years of experience in product management or a related role - Proficiency in Jira for backlog management and issue tracking - Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments - Familiarity with SQL or data analytics tools - MBA or advanced degree in business or technology - Experience in SaaS or digital product industries - Basic understanding of UX/UI principles
