Role Scope: Two fashion retail brands across multiple KSA locations
Reporting Line: Senior Brand Manager, Dubai
Key Responsibilities: Leading store operations, train and managing teams, driving sales performance, overseeing KPIs, inventory, staffing, and visual merchandising.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year in fashion retail operations (multi-store management required)
High school minimum; additional relevant certifications a plus
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Fluent in Arabic and English
Preferred: Saudi Nationals (female)
Travel: No restrictions—some travel between Riyadh, Jeddah, and occasional Dubai visits expected
Incentive-based bonuses
2-year contract, 6 days/48 hours per week
