Business Analyst

**Job Title:** Business Analyst **About the Role:** We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst based in Hyderabad to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive data-backed decision making. The ideal candidate will gather and document requirements, track project progress in Jira, and ensure seamless communication between stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions. **Responsibilities:** - Gather and analyze business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops - Document functional specifications, process flows, and user stories - Set up, configure, and manage Jira workflows, boards, and issue tracking - Collaborate with development, QA, and UX teams to ensure clarity of requirements - Monitor project progress, identify risks, and facilitate resolution of impediments - Perform data analysis to support project decisions and create insightful reports - Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate feedback loops - Continuously evaluate and improve business processes **Required Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field - 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role - Proficiency in Jira for requirement tracking and project management - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments - Basic knowledge of SQL and data querying - Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) - Certification such as CBAP or PMI-PBA - Domain expertise in finance, IT, or e-commerce - Experience with additional project management tools (e.g., Confluence, Trello)
