Product Manager

**Job Title:** Product Manager **About the Role:** We are seeking a proactive Product Manager to join our Hyderabad team. You will drive product development from conception through launch, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure our solutions meet customer needs and business goals. **Responsibilities:** - Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company objectives - Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements for continuous improvement - Manage and maintain the product backlog using Jira - Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver features on time - Analyze market trends, user feedback, and performance metrics to inform product decisions - Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives **Required Qualifications:** - Minimum 1 year of experience in product management or related role - Proficiency with Jira for backlog management and issue tracking - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments - Familiarity with data analysis tools and A/B testing - Background in user research and customer journey mapping - Product Management certification (e.g., CSPO, AIPMM) - Experience in SaaS or enterprise software domains
