**Job Title:** Recruiter **About the Role:** We are seeking an experienced Recruiter based in Dubai to lead end-to-end non-technical talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will partner with hiring managers across functions, leverage market knowledge to source top talent, and manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. **Responsibilities:** - Partner with business leaders to define hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies - Source, screen, and assess candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from candidate outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination - Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records in the applicant tracking system - Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs - Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies throughout the hiring process - Provide regular recruitment metrics and reports to HR leadership **Required Qualifications:** - 7+ years of recruitment experience in non-technical roles, preferably within the UAE or GCC region - Proven track record in full cycle talent acquisition across multiple functional areas - Strong sourcing skills using online platforms, databases, and networking - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills - Solid understanding of UAE labor law and visa processes - Experience with applicant tracking systems and HRIS **Preferred Qualifications:** - Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) - Experience recruiting for senior and executive-level positions - Familiarity with employer branding and candidate engagement best practices - Multilingual proficiency (e.g., English and Arabic) - Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
