Product Manager

**Job Title:** Product Manager **About the Role:** We are seeking a proactive Product Manager to join our Hyderabad office. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from defining roadmaps to collaborating with engineering, design, and marketing teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features that delight our users and drive business growth. **Responsibilities:** - Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals. - Gather and prioritize product requirements through user research, market analysis, and stakeholder interviews. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to ensure seamless execution and delivery. - Use Jira to create, track, and manage user stories, epics, and sprint backlogs. - Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to inform data-driven decisions and continuous improvements. **Required Qualifications:** - Minimum 1 year of experience in product management or a related role. - Proficiency with Jira for backlog management, sprint planning, and issue tracking. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative development processes. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. - Experience working on SaaS or B2B products. - Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and tools like Figma or Sketch. - Experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) to drive product insights.
