**Job Title:** IT Graduate
**About the Role:**
We are seeking an enthusiastic IT Graduate to join our team in Ajman. In this entry-level role, you will support our IT operations, collaborate with project teams, and contribute to software and database development tasks using Oracle, SQL, Java, and Python.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of database solutions using Oracle and SQL
- Write, test, and debug code modules in Java and Python
- Support daily IT operations, including system monitoring and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones
- Document technical specifications and maintain accurate project records
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes
**Required Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 0–2 years of professional experience or internships in software development or database management
- Proficiency in Oracle database concepts and SQL query optimization
- Hands-on experience coding in Java and Python
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Internship experience in an IT or software development environment
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
