Teller

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Teller to join our team in Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, or Ras Al Khaimah. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service, accurately process cash and electronic transactions, and support branch operations while upholding the highest standards of compliance and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers.
Operate POS terminals and branch systems to complete transactions.
Verify customer identity, transaction accuracy, and balance cash drawers at the end of each day.
Provide friendly, professional assistance and resolve customer inquiries or escalate issues as needed.
Promote bank products and services to meet customer needs and branch targets.
Prepare daily reports and reconcile discrepancies in cash and transaction records.
Adhere to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of cash handling experience in a retail or banking environment.
Proficiency in operating POS/terminal systems and branch transaction software.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
High attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in banking or financial services.
Fluency in Arabic and English.
Familiarity with UAE banking regulations and compliance standards.
Demonstrated ability to cross-sell financial products and services.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
