**Job Title:** Python developer
**About the Role:**
We are seeking a motivated Python Developer to join our fast-paced technology team in Dubai. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain backend services, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the full software development lifecycle.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain scalable backend applications using Python
- Integrate Java components and microservices into existing systems
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, and designers to deliver high-quality features
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance and scalability issues
**Required Qualifications:**
- 1-3 years of professional software development experience
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with common frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask)
- Experience with Java and related ecosystem (e.g., Spring Boot)
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Understanding of database design and SQL/noSQL databases
- Excellent communication skills and experience working in agile teams
